Job Description

• Professional and needs-oriented care and support of clients in their home environment

• Close collaboration with the case-leading nursing professionals as well as internal and external specialist agencies

• Careful and complete electronic documentation of the care services provided

• Co-responsibility for the planning, organisation, and coordination of care assignments on several days per week

• Varied activity combining direct care, support, and organisational tasks

• Active participation and continuous development of a modern, professional, and future-oriented care organisation

Requirements Profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ

• Independent, reliable, and responsible working style as well as a high degree of initiative

• Enjoyment in deployment planning and strong skills in organisation, coordination, and prioritisation

• Team-oriented, communicative, and empathetic personality in dealing with clients and their relatives

• Confident use of digital work tools and willingness to quickly familiarise oneself with new systems

• Mobility through a category B driving licence or willingness to undertake assignments by e-bike
