- You build, operate, and further develop security and network infrastructures for our clients
- In this role, you analyse and resolve issues in 1st and 2nd level support
- As a Network Security Engineer, you participate in the on-call organisation
- You carry out adjustments, upgrades, and lifecycle activities within change management
- In this role, you continuously optimise and automate customer services
- You maintain and improve operationally relevant documentation and processes and ensure communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Qualifications:
- You have completed training in computer science or hold a comparable qualification
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in security and network technology
- You have proven practical experience in administering FortiGate and/or Palo Alto firewalls
- You bring experience in operating and monitoring network infrastructures such as LAN, WAN, and WLAN
- You are passionate about cybersecurity and motivated to develop further as a security specialist
- You have native or business-level German and very good spoken and written English skills
