Property Manager

Your responsibilities:

• Supervise, support and develop the assistants under your responsibility, including setting annual objectives and monitoring their achievement
• Ensure attentive and professional follow-up with tenants, both during direct contacts and over the phone
• Ensure proper maintenance of the buildings according to the management mandate and coordinate necessary interventions
• Carry out regular inspections of the properties and prepare the corresponding condition reports
• Organise and conduct entry and exit inventories in the context of valuations or tenant changes.
• Manage a portfolio of properties proactively and comprehensively
• Update leases, make contractual modifications and rent adjustments, including indexed rents
• Advise owners on rental strategy and oversee the application of the current rent policy
• Verify and validate creditor invoices as well as management and ancillary cost statements

Your profile:

• You demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, initiative and excellent interpersonal skills
• You have a strong customer orientation and know how to establish trustful and collaborative relationships
• You are comfortable with digital tools and enjoy participating in developments and transformation projects
• You have a perfect command of French, both spoken and written, and possess strong writing skills
• You have good knowledge of accounting, as well as tenancy law and the main legal bases (CO, CC, LP)
• You have several years of proven experience in property management (3 to 5 years)
• You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification
• You have obtained or are in the process of obtaining the federal certificate of property manager, or are following continuing education in this field
