Versatile Finishing Operator (M/F)

Your mission:

Do you enjoy manual work and have an eye for detail? We are seeking versatile operators to carry out manual finishing operations on steel components.

Your tasks
• Perform manual finishing operations on steel components.
• Apply manufacturing instructions and procedures.
• Conduct dimensional and aesthetic checks according to defined quality criteria.
• Ensure IT tracking of production and quality controls.
• Guarantee the conformity of produced parts.
• Shift work 2x8 - teams

Your profile:

Essential prerequisites
• Basic training in polishing or mastery of the trade acquired through experience.
• Previous experience in manual finishing or in an industrial environment is an advantage.

Your professional skills
• Good dexterity and excellent visual acuity.
• Rigorous, meticulous and organised.
• Ability to work precisely on small components.
• Sensitivity to aesthetic and quality requirements.
• Comfortable with IT tools for production tracking.
