As a DOCSIS and HFC specialist in the Access Network Strategy area, you are responsible for capacity planning and further development of the HFC network. You define KPIs for overloaded service groups, decide on suitable expansion and relief measures, and coordinate their implementation with internal teams and strategic partners. In addition, you manage the introduction of Remote PHY, plan virtual CCAP locations, are responsible for Heavy User Management, and ensure compliance with budget and quality targets. You combine technical know-how with strategic, organisational, and financial understanding to ensure an optimal customer experience. YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Planning of segmentations and cell reductions
• Management and coordination of partners while considering cost and time compliance
• Planning of virtual CCAP locations, connection to the transport network, and rollout of Remote PHY technology
• Further development of the capacity tool, capacity KPIs, and performance analyses together with data scientists
• Budget responsibility in the DOCSIS capacity area

YOUR SKILLS:

• Completed training or degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or network technology
• Solid knowledge of DOCSIS and HFC networks
• Ability to connect technical and strategic topics
• Strong analytical skills
• Independent, reliable personality with high personal responsibility and problem-solving competence
• Advantageous: further training/experience in data analysis, SQL and/or Python
• High communication skills as well as confident German and English, spoken and written
