YOUR TASKS

• You work in direct care in the emergency department and are responsible for the professional, interdisciplinary and evidence-based care of patients.
• Advising and coaching team members on nursing issues are among your core tasks, as well as promoting interdisciplinary collaboration.
• You actively participate in higher-level nursing-specific working groups and projects and are responsible for accompanying and collaborating in the implementation of changes.
• In addition, you are involved in the introduction, training, implementation and evaluation of nursing guidelines, instructions and concepts.

YOUR PROFILE

• Certified Nurse (HF / FH) or NDS Emergency Care
• Nursing-specific further education at CAS or DAS level (or willingness to complete such further education)
• Several years of professional experience as a certified nurse, preferably in an acute hospital. Experience in the emergency setting is an advantage.
• Advanced skills in patient education, communication and clinical decision-making
• Quality-conscious, critical and reflective thinking as well as independent and reliable action
• Enjoyment in taking on responsibility
