As Branch Manager, you take full responsibility for our branch in Zug - with entrepreneurial thinking, a leadership mentality and real impact.

• You develop your branch strategically and operationally - with foresight and a hands-on mentality
• You actively acquire new customers, build sustainable relationships and maintain existing partnerships
• You are regularly on site with your customers - present, advisory and reliable
• You lead your team with clarity, energy and passion - and make successes visible
• You take on active candidate management: you find, enthuse and support suitable talents for our customers

• Sales DNA and a genuine sense for customer needs
• Leadership qualities that inspire people
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a desire for responsibility
• Enthusiasm for recruiting and building a strong candidate pool
• A completed education - ideally in a commercial or related profession
• Good IT skills - you feel at home with digital tools and CRM systems
• Solid language skills in German and English - for professional exchange with customers, candidates and colleagues
