Do you inspire people for the nursing profession and enjoy passing on your knowledge? Then take on a key role with us in training the next generation of nursing professionals. On our wards KIZ and Wernicke, you combine technically demanding psychiatric nursing with professional and practice-oriented support for students and trainees. Together with a committed team, you create a learning environment where development, quality and collaboration are central.
Your Tasks
- You take on the professional and educational support of HF/FH students and FaGe trainees and manage their individual learning processes
- You plan, design and evaluate training situations and apply suitable learning methods purposefully
- You conduct competency assessments, educational reports and progress discussions and provide constructive feedback
- You coordinate internships, plan placements in the PEP for yourself and for the students and trainees, and ensure continuous learning support with the team
- You work closely with ward managers, education officers and educational institutions and contribute to the further development of training
- You promote knowledge transfer within the team and support employees in their role in the training mandate
Your Profile
- You have completed training as a qualified nursing professional HF/FH or an equivalent tertiary nursing qualification
- You bring at least two years of professional experience in psychiatry and possess sound nursing expertise
- You have completed pedagogical further training (ideally SVEB-I certificate) and enjoy supporting people in their development
- You communicate appreciatively, enjoy interprofessional work and have a good sense of balance between encouragement and challenge
- You are responsible, reflective and committed to high training quality

It ensures psychiatric care in the canton of Bern along the entire care chain, from early detection through outpatient, day clinic and inpatient therapies to rehabilitation and forensics.
