About the job
Your missions
- As a Teamleader, you are responsible for the implementation and compliance with occupational safety rules, health protection, and environmental protection for the members of your team,
- You manage production in accordance with safety, quality, volume, and cost objectives,
- You lead and monitor the Shopfloors in detail and according to the standards of the
- You develop the versatility of your team,
- You prepare and monitor production planning in consultation with the planning department,
- You coordinate the management of scrap and non-conforming parts,
- You develop continuous improvement in terms of quality and productivity,
- You participate in quality meetings to implement corrective actions,
- You ensure the follow-up of first-level maintenance for your sector,
- You implement LEAN continuous improvement activities and tools.
Your profile
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a polymechanic, production mechanic, or equivalent training, ideally complemented by team management training,
- You have more than 5 years of experience in industry and/or team management,
- You are fluent in French and have knowledge of English,
- You have good knowledge of the MS Office suite, SharePoint, as well as an ERP and a production management system,
- You are an autonomous, flexible person with good communication skills. You stand out through your leadership and ability to take initiative.
