The Position:
For a leading Swiss player in the healthcare services sector, we are looking for a commercial professional who combines professionalism with assertiveness. You will operate at the interface between doctors, patients, and insurers, ensuring our clients' liquidity through smart receivables management.
Workload: 80-100%
Your Mission:
Independent management of factoring processes and debt collection files.
Solution-oriented correspondence with patients, insurers, and authorities (DE/FR).
Analysis of outstanding receivables and initiation of targeted measures.
Active process optimisation within a dynamic team.
Qualifications
Your Profile:
Completed commercial or medical basic training.
At least 3 years of professional experience (ideally in debt collection/finance).
Fluent German and good French skills.
Structured working style and an eye for detail.
