Responsibilities:
You accompany customers in the analysis of their requirements and develop sustainable IT concepts together with them
With your technical expertise, you manage demanding client, server and network environments from installation to ongoing operation
The implementation and support of Citrix and Terminal Services solutions is also part of your versatile range of tasks
For a reliable IT operation, you ensure support, system maintenance and continuous optimisation of the infrastructure
Qualifications:
You have completed a computer science education and ideally further training as an IT technician HF/TS
You have solid experience with Microsoft system environments, server virtualisation and network technologies
Your knowledge in mobile computing complements your technical profile
You communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written
