Responsibilities:
You coordinate material procurement with suppliers at home and abroad.
You ensure inventory planning and disposition according to demand.
You monitor delivery dates and initiate appropriate measures in case of deviations.
In collaboration with production and AVOR, you clarify material requirements and delivery bottlenecks.
You check creditor invoices and resolve discrepancies.
You create key figures and regular evaluations for purchasing control.
You prepare sustainability data for internal and external reporting.
You contribute to the creation of the digital product passport and supervise apprentices in the specialist area.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical basic training.
Several years of professional experience in operational procurement, ideally with wood or metal products.
Good knowledge of an ERP system, preferably SAP MM.
Confident handling of common MS Office applications.
Strong organisational skills and understanding of economic contexts.
Negotiation skills as well as clear and target-group appropriate communication.
Independent working style and constructive collaboration with various departments.
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
