Function
Clerk School Secretariat (m/f/d) 60-80%, permanent from nowTasks
- Reception management and first point of contact for learners, teachers and external contacts
- Processing administrative enquiries and preparing the corresponding correspondence
- Supporting the school management with organisational and administrative tasks
- General correspondence and ensuring the flow of information within the school to cantonal authorities, IV offices, the vocational school commission and training companies
- Participation in general administrative tasks
- Ensuring smooth administrative school operations
- Planning and administrative organisation of school events and occasions
- Supporting learners in administrative matters
- Supporting teachers with administrative tasks (e.g. absence management, grade entry)
- Maintenance and updating of the school administration software
- Minute-taking at school commission meetings
- Cash management
Requirements
- Commercial basic training
- Ideally experience in the education sector or a school secretariat
- Very good ICT skills (especially MS Office, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
- Experience with school administration systems (Schulnetz, EcoWeb or comparable)
- Strong social skills and service orientation
- Independent and structured working style with initiative
- Flexibility, resilience and multitasking ability
- Organisational talent and enjoyment of a varied working environment
- A trustworthy, loyal and solution-oriented personality
