Dipl. Nurse HF/FH Long-term Care

In an idyllic location, in an architecturally appealing house for care and social interaction with a concept for integrative care and support of people with and without dementia, we are looking for you to help make life and living together worthwhile in a team with the daily life organiser, colleagues and residents.

You will take on

• You are responsible for the professional care and support of our residents, especially for the goal-oriented planning, implementation and evaluation of all steps along the care process
• You support the well-being of the residents and actively shape everyday life in the home
• You document in the electronic patient record, service recording and in the RAI
• You support a positive working and living atmosphere with your personality, your expertise, your open communication style and your appreciative interaction with everyone.

The St. Katharinental Clinic introduces itself

The St. Katharinental Clinic in Diessenhofen is a company of Spital Thurgau AG with a total of 132 beds. In the historic surroundings of the former monastery, we offer musculoskeletal, internal medicine, oncological and geriatric rehabilitation, acute rheumatology as well as long-term care. We care for around 1,700 inpatient rehabilitation patients annually and provide an extensive outpatient service.
