The Human Resources Directorate's main mission is to ensure the development of the institution's human capital in view of organisational evolution. It constantly seeks to innovate, challenge and improve its practices while basing its strategy on the positive experience of employees. The HUG HR policy is based on the development of skills and career paths in line with institutional needs and focuses on taking into account the individual, work-life balance, and health and safety at work.
The Diagnostic Department , composed of nine medical services, has the mission to provide diagnoses, therapeutic products, therapeutic acts, and specialised clinical consultations of high medical quality, within the best possible time and at an acceptable cost, to guide patient care and contribute to therapeutic decisions and actions.
Assisting the head of human resources of the medical department, you inform and advise employees and managers on HR matters and assume administrative management for the target audience for which you are responsible, in synergy with two HR manager colleagues. Thus, you intervene administratively throughout the entire lifecycle of our teams, from recruitment to departure, and in connection with numerous partners from the HR Directorate and the institution (salary and social insurance service, recruitment service, medical-care and technical managers, ...).
You guarantee, by delegation from the head of human resources, the organisation and management of activities related to file processing while ensuring a fair distribution of priorities. You coordinate HR services according to the rules and directives of the HR Directorate, representing the institutional human resources policy.
You provide support to your manager in developing a harmonious and respectful working environment.
Customer and solution-oriented, you also identify with the values of HUG which you embody in the exercise of your duties.
Qualifications
You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification in the field of human sciences, hotel business management or economic sciences, and you have necessarily completed your initial training with the HR manager certificate.
You have a minimum of three to five years of professional experience in a similar role. Knowledge of the medical field and/or the Geneva public sector is an asset. Your experience has led you to develop a sense of discretion and confidentiality as well as strong organisational skills.
You have a very good command of common IT tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, as well as collaborative tools (SharePoint, Teams, ...).
You have an excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written.
Flexible, rigorous, organised and with good interpersonal skills, you know how to work in a team and develop harmonious relationships with your interlocutors, demonstrating diplomacy and tact.
Finally, you are capable of managing a significant workload and setting priorities.
