I am the Maison St-François, an institution active for 100 years. Currently, I accommodate 135 residents and more than 200 collaborators.

We are recruiting:

You identify with the following profile:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent diploma recognised by the CRS
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities in a multidisciplinary environment
• Interpersonal skills, empathy and ease in communication
• Experience in geriatrics and/or psychogeriatrics
• Motivation, willingness to learn every day and to share skills and knowledge

Your responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care and ensure the safety of residents
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and institutional rules
• Analyse needs and propose appropriate solutions, be innovative
• Actively participate in organising the work of the care unit in collaboration with the IRUS or ICA/IC
• Manage administrative tasks
• Support caregivers, apprentices and trainees (only for the day nurse position)
