What is my role?

Our client is looking for a leader to manage the supply chain team both professionally and personally
You are responsible for processing customer and supplier orders from receipt to timely delivery
Organising and monitoring national and international transports as well as all import, export and customs procedures are part of your duties
You coordinate collaboration with freight forwarders, suppliers and customers on a global level
Continuous optimisation of existing processes is your responsibility
You take responsibility for the warehouse at the headquarters in Hünenberg
You ensure transparent, professional and solution-oriented communication along the entire supply chain

What do I need to be successful?

Our client requires several years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, export, import or international order processing
Proven leadership experience as well as the ability to motivate, support and achieve jointly defined goals with a team
Enthusiasm for the international environment and collaboration with customers, suppliers and logistics partners globally
Very good German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written
Confident use of the Microsoft 365 environment and routine application of ERP systems
Strong initiative and willingness to take responsibility and actively drive projects forward
