What is my role?

• You coordinate the workflows in the body shop and ensure smooth processes

• You carry out final inspections and ensure top quality

• You repair passenger cars of all brands - from bodywork damage to glass repairs

• You professionally repair body and accident damage

• You dismantle, repair and assemble body parts as well as additional equipment

• You replace prefabricated parts and accessories

• You advise customers competently and courteously

• You order spare parts and materials

• You support our apprentices in their training

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a Car Body Technician EFZ - this is your solid foundation

• Several years of professional experience, ideally you have already worked as a Body Shop Coordinator and know how the place runs

• You live customer service and have a genuine sense of what customers need

• You are hands-on, work reliably and approach tasks with care - no half measures

• Independent and precise work is a matter of course for you

• You are a personality who takes responsibility and keeps a cool head even in stressful situations

• Good manners are not an obligation for you, but a matter of course - and you enjoy celebrating successes together as a team
