Technical After-Sales Advisor for Earthmoving (m/f)

Here is what you will do with us

• Provide technical advice to customers to meet their specific needs
• Offer technical support to service technicians and mechanics
• Technical clarifications with manufacturers and suppliers for validation
• Ensure complete process follow-up, from price inquiry to final invoicing
• Assist with planning in the preparation of work for assembly interventions

What you bring

• Federal VET Certificate as a construction mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, heavy vehicle mechanic, or equivalent training
• Continuing education (commercial / technical)
• Professional experience as a mechanic on construction machines or equivalent machinery
• Proficiency in MS Office systems
• German language skills are a plus
