The Marketing & Product Communication team is responsible for the LAAX brand, marketing activities and product communication along the entire customer journey. From the first contact to booking: we inspire people for LAAX, attract guests, retain them long-term and thus make a measurable contribution to the operating result. We work data-driven, closely networked with internal departments, management and external partners.

As Squad Lead Marketing & Product Communication, you lead the team and are responsible for the strategic development of the brand, communication and marketing. You manage the entire marketing funnel from awareness through consideration to conversion. Workload 90–100%, workplace LAAX. You report to the Head of Digital & Marketing as well as the Director Customer Performance Management.

• You lead and develop the Marketing & Product Communication team, set clear priorities and support your people professionally and personally
• You actively shape LAAX’s marketing strategy and plan campaigns and communication measures with your team – from creative content with the content team (photo, video, design) to data-driven optimisation with our external performance agency
• You are responsible for external product communication and ensure a clear, consistent and target group-appropriate appearance that fits the LAAX brand
• You increase brand awareness and utilise potentials for up- and cross-selling along the customer journey
• You develop the customer journey further with the departments so that our guests have a convincing experience across all touchpoints
• You lead cross-departmental projects and coordinate collaboration with media, agencies, partners and internal stakeholders
• You define the most important goals and key figures, measure the impact of your measures and deploy budget and resources with a focus on sustainable ROI
• Several years of leadership experience in marketing or communication
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Very good understanding of digital marketing channels and customer experience
• You work data-driven and use analyses as a basis for well-founded decisions
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• You think strategically and act pragmatically, set priorities and make decisions
• You communicate clearly and authoritatively and are used to asserting yourself
• You enjoy leading people, developing teams and inspiring different personalities for a common path
• Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
• You are enthusiastic about LAAX, our brand, our sport and our environment
