Nurse Trainer for the Neurology Department 80-100%
from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement
Your main tasks
- The next generation in nursing matters to you? You take responsibility for training on the ward and let our nursing students and FaGe apprentices benefit from your know-how
- You accompany, promote and empower our students and apprentices in their individual development process
- Training discussions, monitoring learning processes and creating qualifications are part of your daily work
- You design individual learning processes in learning and working communities with great joy, commitment and creativity and actively contribute to a positive learning atmosphere
- Additionally, you take on a smaller scope of holistic care for neurological patients as well as the independent planning, organisation and implementation of nursing interventions
What distinguishes you
- You have completed training as a nurse HF / FH and have at least two years of professional experience in an acute hospital or rehabilitation, ideally in the field of neurology
- You have successfully completed the SVEB certificate Trainer "Individual Support" or "Conducting Learning Events"
- You enjoy accompanying young adults and actively shaping learning processes in everyday practice
- You see yourself as part of an interprofessional team that seeks pragmatic solutions together
- Your high commitment and quality awareness for patient care distinguish you as a role model
