What you achieve
- Creating subscription contracts and activation documents for new customers
- Processing various changes, ownership transfers and cancellations for existing customers and distributing the corresponding documents to the involved parties
- Creating delivery documents and configuration files for the end devices
- Invoicing subscription and one-time fees
- Providing support and advice for enquiries from customers and sales partners
What you bring
- A completed commercial apprenticeship with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience with Abacus is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in a commercial role with direct customer contact – ideally in a technical environment
- Very good oral and written language skills in German and French are essential
- Quick comprehension of complex contexts
- Technical affinity as well as a strong customer and service orientation
- High level of independence, personal responsibility and a team-oriented, positive personality
