To complete our team, we are looking for a:
Brigade Chief (M/F)
Responsibilities
- You assist in managing the day’s arrivals (room allocation, VIP welcome, handling special requests, monitoring regular guests, groups and any relocations).
- You ensure effective collaboration with all departments of the establishment.
- You oversee the proper follow-up of present guests, particularly in handling complaints, and provide precise feedback to your superiors.
- You control billing and payment collection from individual guests as well as groups.
- You develop, control, update and ensure the application of reception procedures.
- You participate in the integration of new employees, ensuring their training and follow-up.
Profile sought
- You are proficient with common IT tools, notably Word, Excel and the Internet.
- You are bilingual in French and English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
- You master the hotel software Fidelio and Opera.
- You demonstrate organisation, rigour and a great capacity to adapt to change.
- You possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as impeccable presentation.
- You are cheerful, friendly, open-minded, have an excellent team spirit and are able to manage stress effectively.
