Our client SWISSGRID is the national grid company. It does not produce electricity itself but transports the energy produced by power plants to consumption centres via its transmission network.
For a long-term project at the Aarau site, we are looking for an experienced individual.

Main tasks
- Technical support and coordination of substation construction projects across all project phases
- Responsibility for the technical design of civil and structural engineering projects
- Preparation of preliminary projects and technical concepts as well as support in approval procedures, quality assurance in all project phases within the project portfolio
- Support in the implementation of occupational safety, health and environmental protection
- Promotion of effective and trusting collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Completed studies (Bachelor or Master) in civil engineering, building services engineering, energy and environmental technology or a comparable field
- At least 5 years of experience in planning and realising building construction, civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Sound knowledge in planning, execution or maintenance of infrastructure, building construction or civil engineering projects
- Experience in planning or designing energy generation or energy transmission facilities is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations in building and civil engineering as well as the SIA project methodology, experience with BIM methods is an advantage
- Knowledge in the field of network construction projects or substations is a plus
- Very good German skills (at least C1) as well as good English skills (B2), French or Italian skills at B2 level are an advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office, ideally CAD applications such as Revit, Inventor or AutoCAD
