What is my role?

Our client is looking for you for technical clerical work in internal sales in the field of security and locking technology. You are an important contact person for customers and support the sales process from enquiry to successful completion.

Your tasks include:

• Processing technical customer enquiries

• Preparation of simple offers and quotations

• Processing of declined offers and consistent follow-up on existing quotations

• Conducting sales negotiations and accompanying offers until completion

• Advising customers on products and solutions in the field of security technology

• Supporting sales management in planning and implementing sales-promoting measures

• Close cooperation with the field service and other internal departments

What do I need to be successful?

• Commercial basic training with sound technical understanding

• Good user knowledge of common Microsoft Office programmes

• Experience in security or locking technology is an advantage

• Confident and convincing manner

• Strong customer and sales orientation

• Sporting ambition and enjoyment in achieving sales targets

• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
