Mandate Manager Fiduciary (m/f/d)
Role:
The company is a specialised fiduciary and trust firm focusing on the support of national and international private and corporate clients. With high expertise, many years of experience, and a strong commitment to quality, it supports its clients in fiduciary services, asset structuring, corporate administration, as well as in complex financial and regulatory matters.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage international clients and corporate groups with various asset and fiduciary structures.
You accompany your clients together with their legal, tax, and financial advisors in implementing suitable fiduciary solutions.
In doing so, you ensure high-quality administration as well as the achievement of financial and non-financial goals.
Additionally, you support internal legal and compliance matters and keep up to date with regulatory developments and market trends.
Qualifications:
You have in-depth knowledge of trust instruments and their legal as well as practical applications.
As a communicative personality, you excel in direct client contact and maintain an overview even under time pressure.
You work independently, solution-oriented, and pragmatically and value teamwork.
You possess very good English skills.
