Your main responsibilities:
- Driving railway vehicles within the scope of held authorisations
- Preparing and inspecting vehicles before movement
- Performing shunting and circulation movements
- Coupling, uncoupling, and braking operations
- Complying with train circulation regulations (PCT), safety instructions, and internal procedures
- Working on standard and narrow gauge tracks, according to qualifications
- Inspecting and reporting any anomalies concerning vehicles or infrastructure
- Collaborating with operations, maintenance, and construction teams


What we are looking for:
- Holding a valid OFT driving licence for motor vehicles, category B/B100
- Having at least 3 years of experience in the railway sector in Switzerland
- Experience or qualification on standard and narrow gauge tracks
- Good knowledge of the railway vehicles used, PCT, and railway safety rules
- A sense of responsibility, rigour, good team spirit, reliability, and autonomy
- Good concentration and vigilance skills
- Availability for irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
