Strategy & Partnerships Associate Specialist (m/f/d)
Location: Geneva, Switzerland

About the role
We are seeking a Strategy & Partnerships Associate Specialist to support a market"‘shaping approach designed to improve equitable access to quality"‘assured health products in low- and middle"‘income countries. This approach focuses on accelerating health product introductions, strengthening regional manufacturing capacity, and building sustainable in"‘country systems for supply chains, quality assurance, and procurement.
Under the supervision of the Manager, Market Shaping and Partnerships, the Associate Specialist will play a key role in supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic interventions. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners across complex, multi"‘stakeholder initiatives.
Key responsibilities
Partnership strategy
- Map and analyse key external partners, with a particular focus on health product introductions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of partnership strategies, including partner engagement plans and joint workplans
- Coordinate and align partnership activities across internal teams and senior leadership offices
Strategic coordination and reporting
- Support monitoring and management of a strategic market"‘shaping initiative
- Coordinate internal and external reporting, briefings, and governance materials
- Prepare high"‘quality analysis, presentations, and written outputs for senior stakeholders
Project support
- Track progress against workplans, identify risks, and support mitigation actions
- Support organisation and coordination of meetings, workshops, and partner engagements
Essential qualifications and skills
- Master's degree in business, international relations, global health, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in strategy, partnerships, or project coordination
- Strong analytical, drafting, and presentation skills
- Experience working in complex, multicultural environments
- Experience with international organisations, consulting firms, or donor"‘funded programmes
- Project management certification or formal training
