Role:
The internationally active Swiss industrial company specialises in the development and manufacture of highly precise machine tools and manufacturing systems for gear machining. The product portfolio includes, in particular, profile grinding machines, grinding tools, automation solutions, and digital systems for industrial production processes. The technologies are used, among others, in the automotive, aerospace, and mechanical engineering industries. Responsibilities:
You are responsible for preparing and interpreting financial key figures and management reports and support periodic closing activities.
You actively contribute your controlling expertise in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
Monitoring cost centres, cost developments, and investments is part of your duties.
Through well-founded ad hoc and profitability analyses, you identify financial potentials and deviations.
You continuously develop existing data, reporting, and analysis processes and use digital solutions to increase efficiency.
Qualifications:
Your foundation is a completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance, accounting, or controlling.
You have at least three years of experience in industrial controlling and are well acquainted with financial contexts and balance sheets.
You bring solid SAP knowledge.
You combine your enthusiasm for digitalisation, business analytics, and process automation with fluent German skills and good English skills.
