Tasks
What tasks await you as Project Support Real Estate Development (80-100%)?
- You support project development and transaction teams in identifying, analysing, and implementing real estate developments and acquisitions
- You prepare market, location, and competitor analyses as well as decision-making bases for strategic initiatives and project developments
- You coordinate feasibility studies and actively participate in acquisition, sales, and development processes
- You create and maintain presentations, factsheets, contact lists, reports, and evaluations for internal and external stakeholders
- You monitor relevant key figures of the project pipeline and support the team with administrative, organisational, and operational tasks
Requirements
What requirements do you bring as Project Support Real Estate Development (80-100%)?
- Completed bachelor’s degree in real estate management, architecture, spatial planning, business administration, civil engineering, or a comparable field
- Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for data, numbers, and business contexts
- Good knowledge of the Swiss real estate market, ideally complemented by basic knowledge of spatial planning, construction, or real estate law
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel, as well as a structured and independent working style
- Communicative, team-oriented personality with entrepreneurial thinking, high initiative, and confident German; English skills are an advantage

What you will move
- Support in the development team as well as in the transaction team from acquisition to construction readiness
- Identification and evaluation of development opportunities as well as participation in acquisition and sales processes by commissioning and managing lean but binding feasibility studies
- Research and preparation of information for strategic initiatives, e.g. industries and demand segments, collection of spatially effective political decisions
- Preparation and continuous maintenance of presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Preparation and maintenance of factsheets (portfolio in development as well as completed) with a focus on the completeness of all essential key figures
- Monitoring the performance of the current project pipeline (rental areas, target costs, return targets) compared to executed projects in the Real Estate Development team as well as in our building construction with third-party projects
- Knowledge & understanding of the different business models regarding development and execution

- Strong and confident communicator for collaboration with internal teams and operational partners.
- Solid communication in German, English is an advantage
