Senior Controller (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 135,000Our ROCKEN partner is the world’s leading manufacturer of lasers and optical components for industrial, scientific and medical applications, headquartered in Santa Clara, USA. The company develops, manufactures and markets lasers, laser-based systems and accessories for a wide range of customers and markets. As an excellence centre for application-optimised beam guidance systems, our ROCKEN partner at the Belp site with 30 employees develops customised solutions.

Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the correct and timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Maintaining and strengthening internal controls by developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies
- Additional ad hoc tasks of the controller
- Participation in budget planning/forecasting
Qualifications:
- Completed higher business education with a focus on finance and controlling (university, university of applied sciences, higher vocational school or equivalent qualification)
- Several years of professional experience in controlling (preferably in a manufacturing company)
- You are a willing learner, independent and team-oriented person with an analytical, structured and efficient approach
- You have fluent German skills as well as good English skills
