Role:
Our client is a traditional Swiss company from the food industry and part of an internationally oriented corporate group. The company develops and produces high-quality food and gourmet products, combining Swiss quality standards with modern production and innovation processes.

Responsibilities:
You act as a Finance Business Partner for Supply Chain & Operations and accompany the financial processes and value flows of the production site in SAP.
A special focus is on manufacturing cost control: you ensure correct standard costs, analyse variances, and support production in improving the COGS.
Through lean approaches and targeted optimisation measures, you help identify cost potentials and increase operational profitability.
You coordinate the forecast and planning processes in the SCO area and integrate risk and opportunity analyses into financial management.
For investments and profitability analyses, you support the site with well-founded financial decision-making bases.
Qualifications:
A higher education in business administration or controlling as well as several years of professional experience in a manufacturing company form your foundation.
You bring in-depth knowledge of SAP CO and the relevant processes around closing, planning, and costing.
You think analytically and solution-oriented, work in a structured manner, and convince through communication and teamwork skills.
Fluent written and spoken German.
