HR Manager (m/f/d)

• As the first point of contact, you support employees and managers from onboarding to offboarding
• You listen, facilitate conversations and find fair solutions even in challenging situations
• You competently, clearly and empathetically answer questions related to labour law and personnel matters
• In occupational health management and care management, you coordinate measures and collaborate with our external care manager
• From clarifying needs to successful onboarding, you shape the entire recruitment process
• You keep an eye on HR metrics and personnel resources and support the branch manager in planning
• In HR projects, you further develop processes with a focus on quality, efficiency and the needs of our employees

• A commercial basic education and an HR specialist certificate are part of your toolkit
• You bring several years of experience as an HR generalist as well as enthusiasm for a dynamic HR environment
• You are well-versed in Swiss labour law and apply your knowledge in a solution-oriented manner
• As a connecting HR personality, you act close to the business, build trust and take responsibility
• Health, workability and respectful interaction are important to you
• You enjoy working with HR metrics and derive targeted measures from them
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented, you master your daily work and communicate confidently in German
