Property Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Management and supervision of residential and commercial properties
- Coordination of maintenance and repair measures
- Tenant management: contract conclusions, concerns and complaints
- Conducting property inspections and quality assurance
- Budget management and cost control
- Collaboration with service providers and craftsmen
- Support in rent determination and contract negotiations
Qualifications:
- Completed training in the real estate sector or comparable qualification
- Experience in property management
- Knowledge of tenancy law and business administration
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally property management software
- Good communication skills in German, English advantageous
