OHS Specialist 80% - 100%
Your mission / You lead the occupational health and safety (OHS) approach and ensure its development as well as continuous improvement. You coordinate the actions of the various departments regarding prevention and management of occupational risks. You monitor accidents, analyse indicators, and propose appropriate improvement measures. You manage relationships with partners and external service providers, including insurers and occupational health specialists. You advise and support managers and employees on matters related to health and safety at work. You participate in the development of processes, coordinate awareness-raising actions, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Your profile / Personal skills / You hold a higher education qualification or an equivalent degree, complemented by a specialisation in occupational health and safety. You have proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a public administration or an organisation of comparable size. You master the legal provisions regarding occupational health and safety as well as the principles of prevention and management of occupational risks. Comfortable coordinating internal and external stakeholders, you know how to lead projects involving several departments. With excellent analytical and synthesis skills, you are organised, thorough, and autonomous. Recognised for your communication skills, listening, and diplomacy, you are able to advise both management and employees. You are proficient with common IT tools and possess good writing skills.
