To strengthen our administrative team, the Foundation is looking for a specialised HR assistant.
Your mission
Attached to the institution's administration sector, you provide essential support for human resources management as well as general administrative activities.
Your main responsibilities will notably include:
- Ensuring the administrative management of personnel files, from hiring to departure of employees.
- Managing and monitoring staff absences.
- Ensuring the administrative follow-up of illness and accident situations, in collaboration with the persons and partners concerned.
- Participating in the preparation and control of elements necessary for payroll processing.
- Carrying out various administrative tasks related to the smooth running of the institution.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative and HR processes.
This position is expected to evolve according to the development of the Foundation and the needs of the institution.
Your profile
Holder of a commercial employee CFC, or training deemed equivalent.
With a specialisation in human resources and practical experience in this field.
Knowledge or experience in accounting is an advantage.
Experience in the medico-social, health or institutional field would be appreciated.
Your qualities
- You are an organised, rigorous and precise person, with an excellent sense of priorities.
- You demonstrate autonomy while appreciating teamwork.
- You have good analytical skills and a keen sense of service.
- You respect procedures, deadlines and the confidentiality requirements inherent to the role.
- You are comfortable with common IT tools and administrative management software.
