Your mission

You play a key role in coordinating our activities by linking customers, owners, cleaning partners and local teams. Your thoroughness, responsiveness and sense of service ensure the quality of our accommodations and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities

• General administration
• Active advice focused on sales and customer satisfaction, by phone and at the counter
• Preparation and management of key handovers at our Verbier and Champex sites
• Participation in owner support
• Ensuring a high level of service quality towards customers and owners
• Quality control and monitoring of accommodations
• On-call service

Your profile

Training and experience

• Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC), preferably in real estate or hospitality
• Successful experience in customer service and reception or real estate

Your assets

• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Flexibility and availability on Saturdays
• Driving licence essential
• Willingness to work at our Verbier and Champex sites
• Good command of IT tools
• Fluent French and English, German an advantage
