Head of Construction Management 100% (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, a medium-sized company established since 1886 with over 90 employees and based in the city of Zurich, which offers a comprehensive range of services in property management, sales, valuation, construction management and legal advice, we are looking for a committed and responsible leader by arrangement. You will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the construction management department and represent the company in the relevant committees.
Responsibilities:
You develop, coordinate and supervise renovation and refurbishment projects
You prepare condition analyses, object analyses, feasibility studies, legally compliant building applications as well as execution planning and supervision, including cost control and billing
You participate in acquisition
You conduct telephone and on-site construction consultations
You act as a speaker at specialist seminars of the association
You represent the company in the relevant committees
Qualifications:
You have a degree in architecture (FH) with further training in construction management or site management
You bring several years of professional experience as a site manager or project manager
You demonstrate high resilience, service orientation and negotiation skills
You have leadership experience
You convince through methodological and social competence
You think entrepreneurially
