• Caring for and supporting patients with renal replacement therapies and/or kidney transplants
• Supporting and promoting patients’ self-management
• Taking over and/or supporting patients’ activities of daily living
• Accompanying and supporting in crisis situations and in coping with illness
• Close collaboration with the interprofessional services

What You Bring to This Position

• Training as a Certified Nurse DN II / HF / FH
• Interest and enthusiasm for the field of nephrology
• Team-oriented, empathetic and responsible personality with enjoyment of complex patient situations
• Interest and motivation to develop personally and professionally
• Enjoyment of complex patient situations
