Role:
As Project Manager Heat Pumps, you take responsibility for the planning, design, and realisation of demanding heat pump projects. You coordinate all project participants, ensure compliance with costs, quality, and deadlines, and accompany your customers from the project idea to successful commissioning.
Responsibilities:
Planning, design, and realisation of heat pump projects
Responsibility for cost, quality, and deadline monitoring of projects
Personal support and advice to customers throughout the entire project process
Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
Coordination of installation teams as well as external partners and suppliers
Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations
Responsibility for achieving project and annual goals in the heat pump sector
Participation in the continuous optimisation of processes and project workflows
Qualifications:
Completed training as a heating installer EFZ with further training as a heating planner or comparable qualification in building technology
Professional experience in the heating sector as well as in project management
Customer-oriented, responsible, and entrepreneurial mindset
Strong organisational skills as well as independent and structured working style
Very good German language skills, spoken and written (level C1)
Confident handling of Microsoft 365
Driving licence category B
