Together with our client, a well-established and successful company in the property sector in the Basel area, we are looking for a committed individual for property accounting (90-100%). The company impresses with a strong service orientation, modern work tools, and a collegial working environment. The workplace is very easily accessible by car as well as by public transport.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Managing accounts for rental properties and condominium owners' associations
• Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements as well as support with annual financial statements
• Responsibility for accounts receivable, accounts payable, as well as dunning and debt collection
• Support for owners, tenants, and other stakeholders
• General administrative tasks in the area of property accounting

You offer your new employer:

• Commercial basic training
• Several years of experience in property accounting for rental properties and condominiums
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style

• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
