An internationally networked provider of machinery and process engineering develops solutions for the production and processing of sophisticated products in regulated industries and impresses with high engineering expertise and service orientation. A responsible individual is sought to strengthen the finance organisation and help shape commercial processes. In the role of financial accountant by agreement, you will take on a key role with visibility and development opportunities.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Independent management of accounts receivable and especially fixed asset accounting including master data maintenance is part of your daily duties

• You prepare and maintain cash and liquidity plans with a view to payment flows, forecasts and working capital key figures

• Responsible execution of VAT returns for Switzerland and Germany including account reconciliations

• You actively participate in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER as well as occasionally IFRS and take an active role in process optimisations

You offer your new employer:

• You have completed a commercial basic education, supplemented by recognised further training in accounting

• Your theoretical knowledge is complemented by 3–5 years of practical experience in financial accounting, ideally also in fixed asset accounting

• You have a confident command of Excel and MS Office as well as ERP knowledge such as SAGE 200 or comparable systems

• A high degree of initiative, team spirit and resilience as well as enjoyment of responsibility and deputising in a compact team complete your profile
