Complex ICT projects require more than schedules and status reports. What is needed are people who understand contexts, drive decisions forward and lead teams confidently through change processes. This role offers plenty of scope for shaping exactly that.
Responsibilities:
Overall management of several strategic ICT projects including scope, budget, resources, quality and scheduling.
Establishing suitable project structures and professional leadership of interdisciplinary project teams.
Translating business requirements into feasible technical and organisational concepts.
Managing suppliers, implementation partners and internal specialists including negotiations and procurement.
Establishing professional risk, issue, change and dependency management.
Preparing decision-making bases for clients, steering committees and programme managers.
Contributing to the further development of the ICT portfolio and the establishment of modern project management standards.
Qualifications:
Completed degree or comparable education in computer science, business informatics or a technical field.
At least five years of experience in independently managing demanding ICT, transformation or digitalisation projects.
Certification in an established project management approach such as HERMES, IPMA or PMP.
Confident handling of hybrid approaches and understanding of agile working models.
Strong technical overall understanding of cloud, infrastructure, applications, interfaces and modern workplace solutions.
Experience dealing with complex stakeholder structures and demanding decision-making processes.
Very good German skills as well as a convincing, confident manner, high personal responsibility and the ability to act confidently even under time pressure.
