For our client, a large and renowned health insurance company in the Zurich area, we are looking for motivated clerks in the outpatient services area by arrangement.
Do you already have experience in claims management at a health insurance company? Ideal.
Although you have not yet gained experience at a health insurer, you have a basic medical education and are looking for a new challenge in the commercial sector where you can apply your experience from the healthcare sector? Then we should get to know each other.

Clerk for Outpatient Services (m/f) 80-100% also for Career Changers
For our client, a large and renowned health insurance company in the Zurich area, we are looking for motivated clerks in the outpatient services area by arrangement.
Do you already have experience in claims management at a health insurance company? Ideal.
Although you have not yet gained experience at a health insurer, you have a basic medical education and are looking for a new challenge in the commercial sector where you can apply your experience from the healthcare sector? Then we should get to know each other.
Tasks
- Processing invoices in all outpatient areas (Tardoc invoices, pharmacy invoices, aids, etc.)
- Checking invoices according to legal, medical and insurance technical requirements (KVG and VVG)
- Reviewing outpatient applications for cost approval
- Creating correspondence according to templates as well as independently
- Telephone contact with hospitals, pharmacies and doctors
- Contact person for enquiries from insured persons, service providers and authorities
- You have training in the paramedical field (e.g. as MPA, pharmacy specialist, dental assistant) or a commercial education supplemented by basic medical knowledge
- Ideally, you have already gained experience at a health insurance company, preferably in claims management
- In addition to a friendly manner, you bring a high service orientation and convince with precise and efficient working methods
- You have very good German skills, foreign languages are an advantage
