Service Technician (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Commissioning of high-quality machines and plants at the customer
- Carrying out service, maintenance and repair work
- Technical support of customers and branches by telephone, online support and on site
- Analysis and troubleshooting of faults on machines and plants
- Preparation of service reports and technical documentation
- Training of customer personnel as well as internal service technicians
- Support of sales in services, retrofits and spare parts
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional support
- Carrying out worldwide service assignments at customers on site
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as an automation technician, IT specialist, electronics technician or electrician
- Further training in the relevant technical field is an advantage
- Professional experience in service or plant area
- Knowledge of network technology
- Experience in control and drive technology
- Knowledge of CODESYS is an advantage
- Experience in the milling or food industry is desirable
- Reliable, precise and independent working style
- Strong customer orientation and high team spirit
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- High international travel readiness of around 90%
