To strengthen our IT infrastructure and service team, we are immediately seeking an experienced individual as an IT Support Employee with technical leadership responsibility 100%.
You are an initiative-taking, communicative and technically skilled person who enjoys leading, structuring and further developing an IT team professionally. At the same time, you are integrated into the daily operational business at 1st level, take responsibility for IT customer support and ensure smooth operations. Occasionally, you also take on tasks at 2nd level.
The exciting area of responsibility:
- Technical leadership of IT support including coaching the team and further development of service quality
- Planning, creating and coordinating the shift schedule
- Coordination and quality assurance in the support of M365, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and other cloud services
- Support with technical controls in the operational environment, e.g. user permissions, device status, software versions and licence usage
- Coordination of escalations between 1st and 2nd level support as well as external service providers
- Occasional participation in projects, e.g. rollouts, M365 optimisations or minor improvements in the support process
This is how you convince us:
Education / Experience
- Several years of experience as an IT supporter with technical leadership within a bank is an advantage
- Experience in client engineering and end device management
- Proficient in Microsoft environments, experience with M365 (e.g. Teams, Entra ID) is a strong plus
- Sound understanding of support processes (incident and problem management, ticketing, documentation)
- Very good analytical skills as well as experience in resolving software and hardware issues
- Careful working style in regulated environments (permissions, changes, security)
- Fluent German in spoken and written form is required, ideally English skills

- Willingness to work on site and to support a rotating shift schedule
- Enjoyment in the professional leadership and further development of a team
- High service, team and quality orientation as well as very good manners
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Precise, structured and reliable working style
- Discretion and pronounced security awareness in dealing with confidential data
