You know customer environments not only technically but also understand their requirements. This makes your advice valuable. You operate and develop IT solutions around Microsoft systems, virtual desktops and network security. You plan maintenance work so that operations are hardly affected. At 3rd level, you are the authority for complex cases and also provide technical support to colleagues.
Responsibilities:
You support customers long-term and technically develop their environments further
You implement and manage solutions with Microsoft Windows (Server/Client), Microsoft 365, VDI systems and firewall technologies
You carry out maintenance work in a structured manner
You support customer teams in operational day-to-day business
You resolve complex faults as a 3rd level authority
In addition, you advise and accompany employees on technical questions
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience in system engineering
You think analytically and approach problems systematically
You master Microsoft 365 with Intune, MDM and Teams as well as virtualisation technologies
You want to continuously develop professionally and personally
You work independently and in a structured way
You convince through empathy, respectful interaction and very good German and English skills
