Job Description

• Main responsibility for the reliable planning and execution of installation projects
• Passionate leadership of a team
• Financial and scheduling responsibility for the assigned projects
• Customer advice and support
• Project controlling and ongoing process optimisation
• Ensuring timely project handover to the customer
• Coordination with site management as well as constructive collaboration with planners
• Preparation and processing of quotations and additional orders
• Preparation of partial and final invoices

We expect

• Completed apprenticeship as an electrical installer EFZ
• Planned or completed further training as an electrical project manager installation and safety with a federal certificate of competence or electrical installation and safety expert HFP
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in leading and promoting employees
• Very good technical understanding and good MS Office skills
• High level of social competence, assertiveness and sense of responsibility
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
• Good analytical-conceptual skills as well as networked thinking and acting
• High customer and service orientation
• Team-oriented, solution-focused, resilient and flexible personality with a confident manner and good interpersonal skills
• Enjoyment of a wide scope for action
