Production Operator (M/F) in Watchmaking

You have experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, industrial or technical field and wish to give a new direction to your career?
Your attention to detail, rigour and manual dexterity are valuable assets to join the demanding and prestigious world of Swiss watchmaking.

We are looking for meticulous, methodical profiles passionate about precision work to train in the art of watchmaking within a renowned large manufacture.

Your tasks
• Perform assembly and mounting operations.
• Self-quality control and compliance with standards
• Strictly apply established processes and record production steps
• Work as part of a team while maintaining a high level of concentration and autonomy
• Actively contribute to respecting standards of excellence and the final quality of products

Your profile:

Your profile:
• CFC, AFP or proven experience in the medical, pharmaceutical or industrial field
• Excellent manual dexterity and sense of precision
• Ability to work on fragmented tasks with method and consistency
• Ease in teamwork and sense of responsibility (shift work in 2x8)
• Strong interest in precision trades and high watchmaking
• Methodical, rigorous and patient mindset
