Health Specialist EFZ (m/f/d) Psychiatry Pool Assignments 30-100%

For our psychiatric nursing pool in Eastern Switzerland, we are looking for committed Health Specialists EFZ (m/f/d) who appreciate variety and flexibility. You will support various psychiatric institutions, gain diverse practical experience, and apply your expertise where it is needed most.

Requirements Profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist (EFZ) with experience in psychiatric nursing (SRK recognition is required for qualifications obtained abroad)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as the ability to work independently
• Willingness to undertake short-term day assignments in various services and institutions

Tasks

• You will take on flexible assignments in various psychiatric institutions in Eastern Switzerland – in early, late or night shifts, according to your availability
• You will professionally and needs-oriented care for and support people with various mental illnesses
• You will support existing nursing teams and contribute to a high standard of care and support quality
• You will work in different psychiatric specialist areas and undertake diverse tasks within your competencies
• You will promote the independence, existing resources, and quality of life of patients
• You will observe changes in health status attentively, document them carefully, and pass on relevant information
• You will work closely with qualified nursing professionals and other occupational groups

• Flexible scheduling that adapts to your personal availability
